Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cleo mobile application (the "App") operated by Essuman Creations, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Cleo is a fashion color analysis application that helps users determine how clothing colors match their seasonal color palette. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of clothing and provide color compatibility ratings.

1. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credit-based system for clothing analysis:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire
• Each analysis consumes one credit, except when results are retrieved from your history (cache)

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
